$15 per hour - Part-time After-School Program Leader

After-School All-Stars (ASAS) is one of the leading national after-school program providers in the country. We have part-time Program Leader positions available at Waianae Intermediate. Roles and Responsibilities: The part-time Program Leader, under the direction of the Site Coordinator, is responsible for the daily implementation of the After-School All-Stars program model: • Supervise students at all times • Prepare and plan activities, teaching subjects such as all sports, art, performing arts, music, photography, gardening, cooking and any other subjects that might be of interest to middle school students. • Follow the ASAS code of student conduct when disciplining students Experience and Education: The successful candidate will: • Have one year or more of non-profit or related youth development program experience and a familiarity with, and passion for, working with low income youth • Have some undergraduate study • Be a self-starter with a great personality, passion for serving youth in an educational setting and the ability to mentor middle school students ensuring they have a positive, fun and educational after- school experience Hourly Pay Rate: $15 TO APPLY: Reply to this post (with Program Leader as the subject heading) with a resume and cover letter.
