We’re looking for the brightest motivated and outgoing interns who want to gain hands-on Photography and Social Media experience at the largest single community event in Arizona. Timeframe is July 7, 2025 through November 14, 2025. What You’ll Learn: • Collaborate with multiple departments on projects and assignments • Digital marketing principles and how to engage with different audiences • Develop engaging content • Event marketing, partnerships and promotions What You’ll Do: • Assist in creating social media content for: Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and more • Support the marketing team in providing professional photography services • Assist in creating promotional strategies to engage the public and attract Fair attendees • Conduct research on current trends, ideas, and practices in event management • Provide on-site photography and social media support during the State Fair • Collaborate with cross-functional; teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding is utilized Qualification/Requirements: • Understanding of Google Suite, including but not limited to, Docs, Sheets, and Slides • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited Express, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom • Understanding of social media and photography with eagerness to gain hands-on experience • Ambitious, positive attitude and a desire to build a career in marketing • Ability to follow instructions and work independently • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • High level of professionalism and motivation to be on time and meet deadlines
