Associate Faculty Pool EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: Santa Rosa Junior College is currently accepting applications on a continuous basis to establish a pool for associate faculty assignments. Eligibility for each plan is determined based on prior membership status with CalSTRS. Selected candidates who are not given an immediate assignment will remain in the pool for four years.
