The ideal candidate has the following skills: Upbeat, Energetic, & Approachable Great Customer Service outlook Attention to Detail Creative Problem Solver Ability to listen, and take direction well Ability to Communicate Well with the Team, Vendor Staff, and Guests Interest in Weddings and Events Able to set up and move tables, chairs & other furniture, as needed, around venue (with assistance) A good attitude, eagerness to learn, initiative, be idea-driven, responsible for their work, and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Set up tents as needed Ability to drive a golf cart if necessary Set up wayfinding signs through out property as defined by management Maintain grounds during set up of the wedding/event including but not limited to rake tractor shed, water plants, light pruning or deadheading of flowers. Make sure all outdoor lights are set up and work, and turned on at dusk.
