3D Artist - Arch Viz

We create original and thrilling artwork and virtual experiences that enable our clients to make decisions, build awareness, brand value and leadership. 3D Artists are self-starters, able to multi-task, dependable, and open to direction and feedback. You will communicate design processes and intentions to senior artists, and directors, work in an organized and professional manner, and participate in company-wide events, workshops and strategy sessions focused on improving techniques, communications, global organization and standards of practice. RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in Concept Creation & Management including: Contribute to client concept ideation and pitch efforts Ability to critical thinking, creative solutions and utilization of artistic instincts Handle multiple projects with changing requirements, client requests, and deadlines Strong time management and project estimation skills Hands on Leadership in the following areas: Proactively contribute to the betterment of the project including improvements and troubleshooting Work continuously to optimize communications and delivery efforts Be a dependable asset to clients Key Technical/Creative experience: Strong understanding of scene organization in 3DS Max Camera animation in 3DS Max Advanced to expert knowledge of Vray Strong material creation with Vray Experience submitting animated sequences to render Basic knowledge of multi-pass compositing in AE and post-processing software Experience with photography Experience in Unreal a plus, interest in VR and AR QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in 3D visualization in a client-facing environment Strong communication skills: visual, verbal and written Positive, solution-based and friendly attitude Strong interpersonal, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills Must be willing to work long hours when required to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree required Minimum 2 years of relevant 3D Artist experience This is a hybrid position, must be able to physically participate in the office in Los Angeles.
