Essential Requirements:

To thrive in this position, you’ll need to meet certain equipment prerequisites and uphold our standards of customer service and professionalism. A reliable internet connection, valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation for traveling to various job sites are essential.

In this role, you'll perform on-site 3D scans and HDR photography using Matterport and DSLR equipment. Your dedication to precision, attention to detail, and spatial awareness in visual assets will be vital. You will represent Metroplex360 with professionalism and effectively communicate with our scheduling and post-production teams while independently managing your schedule to meet deadlines.

Required Equipment:
• Full-Frame DSLR or Mirrorless Camera capable of bracketing 5+ exposures in AEB mode
• Wide-Angle Zoom Lens (14-16mm preferred) - Prime lenses are not compatible
• Sturdy Tripod for stability
• Ball Head tripod mount for flexible camera positioning
• Matterport Pro3 Camera for 3D virtual tours

Compensation:

We offer competitive, project-based pay based on the scope of each assignment. Compensation for Matterport captures is calculated per square foot, while photography and other services are compensated per job. Our goal is for technicians to consistently earn between $70 and $100 per hour based on their efficiency and deliverables. Most jobs start at $70, with opportunities for increased earnings based on complexity, location, and turnaround time. Full compensation details will be provided during onboarding.

Requirements:

The ideal candidates will possess a background in photography, surveying, or a related field and should be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. Reliable transportation is a must for traveling to job sites. To qualify, you will need to demonstrate your competence in real estate photography by completing a remote certification course and submitting a test photoshoot. Upon onboarding, ensure you submit a W-9 form with a valid EIN and provide a current Certificate of Insurance.
