We are currently seeking a professional Account Coordinator to assist our branch manager with customer service, scheduling, job organization, and more. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, goal-driven, and with careful attention to detail. As part of a team, you will be providing our clients with exemplary customer service to school administration, parents, and students.

This is what we ask of you:

Manage school-based account details by keeping them up-to-date and accurate
Advocate customers’ needs by problem-solving
Detail-oriented and organized—thrive on managing multiple projects
Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ensure all customer transactions are accurate and complete
Collect data, organize and prepare data for company use
Perform other duties as assigned by management

A self-driven, goal-orientated individual ready to challenge themselves in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
Project management and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft computer systems
