Dorian Studio, one of the nation's largest family-owned companies specializing in school and sports photography, is seeking an Account Growth Coordinator who will also assist our team with school-day portraits and yearbooks. This unique position combines leadership, organization, client relationship, management, and responsibilities for business growth. Who We Are Account Care & Growth • Manage and maintain key school accounts with accurate data and communications • Visit and follow up with 40 new relationships monthly, and identify growth opportunities • Advocate for client needs while solving problems quickly and professionally • Coordinate scheduling, service details, and photographic needs with the leadership team What You Bring • Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset • Strong leadership and communications skills (verbal and written) • Ability to remain organized in a fast-moving environment • Proven success in sales, customer service, and account coordination • Valid driver's license and reliable, and account coordination • Comfortable with early morning and seasonal demands • Proficient with computers: experience with Salesforce • Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus!
