As an Airbnb Plus Host Advisor on the Host Growth & Onboarding team, you will be responsible for helping hosts join Airbnb Plus through highly personalized and highly available support provided both in-person and remotely. You will guide them through the entire Plus onboarding journey (starting from invitation to join Plus), help them get ready for Plus (including helping them improve the design of their homes and the quality of their hospitality), and continue providing them with personalized support for 100 days after joining the program to help ensure their success and satisfaction as Airbnb Plus hosts. Serve as the single point of contact for hosts, starting from inviting them to join the program through all phases of host preparation and onboarding (including interior design upleveling and hospitality coaching), and for 100 days after the host goes live on Plus. Help hosts prepare for their first Plus booking by coaching on Hospitality Plus requirements. Being a host on Airbnb is a plus!
