Out of the Box Solutions is seeking an account manager for our Vendor Payment Division. Who we are: Out of the Box Solutions (OOTB) is a unique payroll and financial services company focused on the specific needs of the commercial photography industry. We offer flexible hours and a team effort focus that allows us to serve our clients while providing our team members a healthy work / life balance The Position: We are looking for a dedicated account manager whose primary focus is on our clients’ 1099 and independent contractor payment needs. Position is 30+ hours per week with the potential for additional hours Flexible schedule with in-office and remote opportunities A great team and supportive environment Salary range of $25-$35/hr, based on experience Account Manager Responsibilities: Communicates with clients on production estimates and 1099 vendor payment needs Assists with vendor onboarding in OOTB’s system Manages PO process with clients and communicates funding needs Reviews and approves vendor bills before payments are processed Understands the ins and outs of all client’s billing needs and can works with internal teams to ensure payments are processed accurately and on time Qualifications: You are a solution finder and proactive contributor.
