Account Managment Expert/E-Commerce

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, professional to add to our dynamic team! • Responsible for accurate inventory forecasting, product flow, business planning, seasonality and trending analysis • Participates in the management of related vendor partnerships • Involved in on-boarding new vendors • Together with the Marketing Director perform business planning and actions to meet quarterly and annual sales targets • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/vendor relationships through communication and an understanding of their business needs • Help create and submit national promotions based on a strong understanding of our retail catalog and current trends • Continuously review and audit vendor portals and subscriptions • Trouble shoot customer, product, and site issues. • Strong understanding of e-commerce portals and product onboarding processes • Must be an analytical thinker, detail oriented with the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment • Liaison between our overseas factories and our warehouses • Manage overseas logistics • Purchase order management • Create and manage quote requests • Spearhead creation of new parts, including photography, SKU and barcode creation and packaging. Must be a team player who is comfortable leading and learning.
