• Manage job cost re-billing to clients, running job reports and reconciling expenses to projects for client invoicing • Monitor AR aging and research and resolve payment discrepancies when necessary • Prepare journal entries in compliance in GAAP • Strong knowledge of GAAP & accounting best practices • Proven ability to communicate well within a team environment • Experience with Netsuite and Concur a plus
