Accountant (Part-Time)

design, 24/7. Position Overview – Accountant: The Accountant role will oversee
Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Notes Payable and Receivable and
project billing. This role also interacts with clients and the client’s
support team primarily for project billings. This role will work directly with
Project Managers and the 3rd party bookkeeper and CFO. This is a Part-Time
role and we anticipate 10-18 hours a week. Financial Management Essential
Responsibilities: • Responsible for leading and delivering the accounts
receivable/ payable and notes receivable/ payable • Proactively drives monthly
invoicing and coordinates the efforts of project managers in the billing
process • Consistently reviews the financial systems & processes to build or
adjust the workflow to become more efficient and effective • Strives for
accuracy at all levels of financial management • Future responsibilities may
include forecasting and process adjustments • Main point of contact with 3rd
party consultants, Bookkeeper and CFO • Payroll and Timesheets • Draft FM
