Adjunct Faculty, Digital Photography

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adjunct Faculty member to teach Digital Photography courses at Miami Dade College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses in a range of modalities, including in-person, virtual, and online delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well with students, faculty, and staff, and have a strong background in photography. **Responsibilities:** • Teach lecture and laboratory sections in Digital Photography courses • Evaluate and advise students • Participate in departmental and College affairs • Develop curricula • Recruit students • Serve on committees • Perform other duties as assigned • *Qualifications:** • Master's degree in Photography; or a Master's degree and 18 graduate credit hours in the related field • All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution • Must possess excellent communication skills • Must be able to work well with students, faculty, staff, and the community • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary rate of $54.37 per hour • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse educational environment • Access to professional development opportunities • Flexible scheduling to accommodate various teaching modalities • Background screening and reference check process for final candidate selection
