We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks for an investment housing company and real estate brokerage. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to, providing support and assistance in managing a real estate investment portfolio which consists of student housing, vacation rentals, and commercial buildings along with providing support to a real estate brokerage firm. This includes traveling within a 30 mile radius of Auburn. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), excellent problem solving skills, and be well adverse at typing, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and QuickBooks.
