There is room for growth for the right individual, depending on skill set, drive and hands-on learning abilities. This is job in-person at our design studio located in Ashland. The position focuses about half time on assisting the designers with projects and the other half on running the showroom/studio and answering calls/taking messages, and qualifying potential jobs. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings, organize staff schedules, have strong computer skills and communication. We are looking for someone with a friendly demeanor who is highly organized and ready to jump into the chaotic world of many projects, all with different moving parts; also someone who is dedicated to their job, moving forward in their career and not afraid to work hard when it's required.
