Seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for a Real Estate Company We are seeking people who want a stable income and hours with the potential to earn individual and team bonuses. Position Qualifications \\- Proficient knowledge of G Suite (Google Calendar, Google Docs) \\- Basic computer skills: comfortable working with email and documents. \\- Basic Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalents: Google Sheets and Google slides) \\- Take responsibility for verifying that schedules and needs are met \\- Valid driver's license, car, and insurance required; includes some short trips from office to open houses or clients \\- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal skills (ability to converse in Mandarin required) \\- Investigative and problem-solving skills that demonstrate the ability to take initiative in solving a client's needs \\- Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor \\- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously \\- Detail oriented, responsible, self-starter who can effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision \\- Excellent writing skills and phone skills \\- College graduate preferred \\- As least 2 years of working experience in a related field preferred (ie. Administrative Assistant, Sales/Marketing operations) \\- As your knowledge and experience grow, there will almost surely be opportunities to take on more responsibility or if you are satisfied with the position, this is a long-term, stable position.
