Admin/Data Entry

Bailey’s Furniture is looking for a full-time or part-time position with an emphasis on data entry. This may be a temporary position. However, we are always looking for good employees to fill an array of positions including in marketing. This is a basic data-entry starting position with opportunity for great advancement. NO PREVIOUS MARKETING OR PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE NEEDED Expectations • Exercise attention to detail in reproducing data (item numbers, weights, and dimensions) • Demonstrate an efficient workflow on Mac/PC/Web Client interfaces • Utilize organizational skills for digital and tangible information • Create and maintain accurate product information within our point-of-sale platform • Perform basic photo editing (cropping and resizing) • Curate a large database of photographs with accuracy Above and Beyond • Acquire or produce detailed descriptions of new and existing products • Assist the Creative Director with day-to-day and administrative tasks Experience • High school diploma or GED equivalent minimum • Computer skills in: Mac, PC, web browser, web client, office suite, • Good written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment Bailey’s Furniture is a drug and alcohol free workplace and pre-employment screening as well as integrity testing are mandatory.
