We are a small creative agency specializing in two separate niches, eCommerce photography and wedding videography. Initially, we're looking for help on a part time, contractor basis between 20-25 hours per week. Hours are incredibly flexible but we would like to have someone out here at least 4 days per week, between the hours of ~9am and 6pm or so. If things work out, we'll almost certainly transition the position to full time. -Client correspondence - answering leads for both brands, taking phone calls, consults etc -Building quotes for clients -Printing out shoot related documentation and setting up shoot schedules for photographers -Data entry - adding leads and client information to our CRM -Coordinating with local models and other talent for shoots -Running office errands (i.e. returning packages or picking up props) -Managing social media -Aid with hiring process -Help with delegating work to a number of other contractors -Monitor and reorder office supplies as necessary -Help on the backend of creative projects (i.e. sorting footage, offloading images or footage to hard drives, delivering final files to clients etc) -Help keeping office clean and tidy (includes removing old product from premises and maintaining product storage area) -Perform other administrative duties as requestedCreate an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
