We have an immediate need for administrative support with a number of tasks for the business, so we are looking for a remote part-time assistant who can work 10-15 hours per week (you must be available and responsive M-F), for the following: You should be a quick-learner, motivated, attention to detail oriented, mobile-friendly (we use Slack and text a lot for communications), and have a strong customer service approach to interfacing with clients and scheduling. An interest in real estate, marketing, photography, and small business management is a plus. Your written and oral communication must be strong. Requirements: Gmail/email expertise, professional communicator, scheduling with e.g. Google Calendar Comfort with invoicing, numbers, and calculating package amounts for proposals Attention to detail Basic proficiency with Excel, Power-point/Keynote Motivation & sense of urgency to complete tasks and follow-through with clients for booking Flexibility with a schedule that allows for fast and slow periods per week/month depending on the season Comfort with customer interactions Ability to work independently when the team is in the field on shoots, etc.
