Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team. Bend Aircraft is a growing business offering flight training, photography flights, and private aircraft maintenance. Full time position with health benefits and an aircraft/training rental discount after 90 day review. Simple IRA with a 3% match and one week of PTO after one year with yearly increases to a max of 3 weeks. Daily tasks would include answering phones, scheduling flights, invoicing and billing, updating inventory, ordering parts, managing students documentation.
