Administrative Coordinator (Service Department)

The position assigns and prioritizes all incoming service and rental instruments, assists in answering service-related calls pertaining to customer instruments. The Service Coordinator is part of a collaborative team delivering all service facets, including processing repairs, providing estimates, coordinating shipping, handling inventory, and answering inquiries, via email and telephone. Additionally, the position actively engages with the Field Service technicians and the Customer Experience team to maintain a world class service experience. Check- in customer instruments or rentals including documenting physical inventory using the company Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP) system, Syteline FS, completing inventory forms, and capturing inventory by photography. Complete accurate documentation in the ERP system, Syteline for each service call or email.
