Pacific Medical Group, of Praxis Health, is seeking an experienced and professional **Administrative/Operations Assistant** with exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail. Competencies should include strong organizational and planning skills, excellent oral and written skills, ability to take initiave and function under minimal supervision, ability to work with a wide range of people, and knowledge of computers, reporting, and analytics. Individual should also demonstrate flexibility and openness to changing situation and opportunities. **\\------ > DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AD FOLLOW THIS LINK TO APPLY:** https://praxis-interpath.icims.com/jobs/3981/job **Minimum Qualifications Education and/or Experience:** • Minimum Associates degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an administrative or operations support role supporting multiple leadership positions • Administrative or Operations experience in the health care industry preferred **Qualifications:** • Ability to type at least 60 wpm • Solid spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills • Highly proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher including more sophisticated features. • Good driving record, dependable transportation to facilitate trips to clinics and off-site meetings, as needed **Essential Duties:** • Organizes, coordinates and facilitates Regional Leadership meetings to include scheduling, agenda formation and documentation of meeting minutes • Coordinates/manages moderately complex projects or multiple simple projects as delegated by the Regional Administrator • Participates with Managers in project planning and development of project strategies • Assists Managers in establishing project work plan, calendar and schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress • Responsible for gathering information needed to assist and coordinate projects • Works with Adaugeo Credentialing Department on provider recredentialing and assist HR Manager with any credentialing needs for newly hired providers; responsible for payor notifications of termed providers; responsible to initiate & complete Legacy Health Partners staff membership application processes, including staff reappointment paperwork for Legacy and Providence hospitals • Assist HR Manager with but not limited to: Provider recruitment, monitor Careers inbox, disseminates emails; filing, new hire employee folders; monitor Credentialing inbox, works and/or disseminates credentialing emails • Assist with presentations, reporting and analytics • Administrative oversight to include ordering, distribution of office supplies, centralized mailing functions, mail distributions/mailings (This can include mail merges as needed), works with IT to support printer and computer functions within the administrative office, coordinates and supports onsite auditors.
