We are starting a satellite office in Bend to complement our main office in Flagstaff, AZ. This position you will mostly be working from home but will meet in person on occasion. You must have a quiet room at home to work from. JOB DUTIES • Answering inquiries about our trips via phone and email • Responding to phone calls, email, and social media in a friendly manner • Contact guests we need to collect payments and information from • Collect information from our guests and pass information along to outfitters • Assist our marketing and outreach efforts (see below) Beyond communicating with our guests, we are looking for someone who can take on additional duties running the business. After an initial training period, the right person can move to an annual salary of $36,000/year if preferred.
