We have a satellite office in Bend to complement our main office in Flagstaff, AZ. You must have a quiet room at home to work from with good internet. JOB DUTIES • Answering inquiries about our trips via phone and email • Responding to phone calls, email, and social media in a friendly manner • Contact guests to collect payments and information • Pass information along to outfitters and confirm bookings • Assist our marketing and outreach efforts (see below) Beyond communicating with our guests, we are looking for someone who can take on additional duties running the business. Based on your skills and interests, these additional duties could include: • Writing blog posts and articles • Internet marketing • Social media management • Writing email newsletters • Video production and editing • Graphic design • Payroll and accounting REQUIRED SKILLS • Professional and friendly communication skills • Solid writing and computer skills • Ability to work alone with little direction • Organized with an attention to detail • Responsible “NICE TO HAVE” SKILLS • Photography • Social media prowess • Internet marketing experience and/or excitement to learn • Knowledge of Grand Canyon, rafting rivers and/or river guiding COMPENSATION This is a full-time position that begins at $16/hour to $18/hour with additional yearly bonuses. After an initial training period, the right person can move to an annual salary of $36,000/year if preferred.
