• Shoot photography on court for all Atlanta Dream home and away games, with a creative and intentional eye that tells the story of the game through player performances. Videography • Shoot video on court for all Atlanta Dream home and away games to tell the story of the game in accordance with the social strategy for game coverage. • Capture authentic and personality moments on and off the court that showcase the team's story, players, and team culture through photography and video. • Stay up to date on trends in sports, social and content space and bring new ideas to the table to enhance Dream's content planning for showcasing basketball content. • Manage and maintain all photo/video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and storage media; recommend upgrades as needed Cross Functional Collaboration • Uphold professionalism, reliability, and strong communication when working with players, basketball staff and partners while being able to operate independently in high-pressure environments.
