WHO YOU ARE: A passionate, dedicated, and skillful Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant who has an eye for aesthetics! • Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, micro needling, CoolSculpting and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director • Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation • Conduct good faith examinations, client consultations and provide treatment plans • Perform before and after photography • Educate clients on all treatments and product offerings • Actively promote the medspa, treatments, retail, and available promotions • Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result • Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies • Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment • Assist in all areas of medspa operation as requested by management • Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills • Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members • Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends • Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures • Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude • Meticulous attention to detail • Excellent customer service and consultative skills
