We are looking for an outstanding RN, NP, or PA with extensive experience in dermal fillers, toxins, and other non-invasive treatments. Main job responsibilities include performing Botox injections, various laser treatments, microneedling, PRP, chemical peels, and phlebotomy, maintaining accurate documentation of medical records detailing all treatments/patient notes, educating patients on pre and post treatment care instructions and answering any questions regarding services, performing before and after patient photography as required, properly prep, clean and restock treatment room as required, and following up with patients as required. Requirements include an openness to learning new techniques and procedures through company training, a high level of communication skills and professionalism to interact with patients and colleagues, meticulous attention to detail and excellent customer service, a cheerful and upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude, comply with all company protocols and policies, must adhere to local and state licensing laws/regulations and maintain all federal requirements of a medical office including HIPAA and client confidentiality. Applicants who apply should have the following qualifications: Must have 2+ years’ experience as an Aesthetic Injector (ie: Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, Restylane) Must be a registered professional nurse with current CA license Must be BLS certified with knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance Certified Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse Must have existing clientele Warm and friendly demeanor Meticulous attention to detail Polished and professional appearance Exceptional patient care and communication skills Compensation is based on prior experience and client base. Pay structure can also include bonuses per income generated.
