Aesthetic RN

Come join our brand new Medspa! We have a projected opening date of December 1, 2020. Candidate must be a passionate, dedicated, and skillful provider who has an eye for aesthetics! This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time. We are looking for someone that can work 2-3 days a week from 10am-6pm Essential Job Functions: •Perform Botox, Kybella, Sculptra and Derma Fullers, laser treatments, microneedling, and other non-invasive treatments safely with excellent results •Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation •Conduct patient consultations and provide treatment plans •Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result •Retain patients through exceptional results, building and maintaining relationships, and consistent follow up •Assure patient and provider safety •Perform before and after photography •Educate patients on treatment and product offerings •Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies •Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required •Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment •Supervise Aesthetician/Certified Laser Technician services under the supervision of Medical Director •Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management Requirements: •Current, unrestricted RN license in good standing in the state of Arizona •Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred) •Aesthetic certification/s •Must have current ARRA certification •Must be experienced performing aesthetic injectables, PRP, Laser and other medspa services •Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills •Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members •Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings, Medspa events, and occasionally staying late to accommodate a patient •Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures •Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude •Meticulous attention to detail •Excellent customer service and consultative skills •Startup minded, willingness to help with all the aspects of launch.
