AirBnB and Traditional Property Assistant

In this role you will learn a very wide variety of skills with the opportunity to grow your income substantially if you show consistent results and are willing to procure your Real Estate License. As you grow in this role more of your income will be paid in commissions from income on the rental properties and less of the hourly. Your main day to day job is to assist the Senior Property Managers in their day to day jobs which involves a wide variety of tasks and changes from day to day: \\- Order various supplies from Amazon and stock them in storeroom (Pacifica) \\- Inspect AirBnB units on a regular basis (Pacifica) \\- Post notices on doors for critical tenant communications (Berkley, Oakland) \\- Follow up on repair requests from tenants and make sure they are assigned to the correct handy person \\- Create and pay bills \\- Create repair requests for items that come up during inspections and ensure they are fixed/replaced \\- Perform light handy person work yourself (reset garbage disposal, touch up paint) \\- Some medium lifting is required for supples (ie cases of wine) You will also be trained on: \\- Photography. We are not looking for an engineer or software developer but we want someone who is very comfortable using technology and learning new software. It will be helpful if you have a good sense of design for spaces.
