At Hometrack Real Estate Marketing, we are dedicated to providing realtors and small businesses with high-quality, professional media products — including interior/exterior photography, Matterport and Zillow 3D virtual tours, videography, aerial drone media, 2D floor plans, and custom design materials.
We are expanding our team in Pennsylvania and seeking an experienced, fully equipped real estate media specialist to service Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and the surrounding Lehigh Valley area (including Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Bucks, and Carbon counties).

Job Responsibilities:
* Capture high-quality architectural photography, video walkthroughs, aerial photos/videos, and 3D virtual tours on-location.
* Travel to assigned property locations throughout Allentown, the Lehigh Valley, and adjacent counties.
* Maintain clear, professional on-site communication with home sellers and real estate agents.
* Upload raw shoot files by 9:00 PM EST on the day of the shoot.
Required Equipment & Licensing:
* Standard Camera Gear: Full-frame DSLR or mirrorless camera, ultra-wide-angle lens (16mm/17mm equivalent), and a sturdy tripod with head.
* Video Gear: Video-capable camera body paired with a motorized 3-axis gimbal.
* Aerial Gear: Drone and an active *FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate*.
* 3D Tour Gear: 360-degree camera fully compatible with Zillow 3D Home (e.g., Ricoh Theta Z1/X, Insta360 ONE RS/X3, or equivalent).
* High-speed internet access for rapid daily file transfers.
* Reliable personal vehicle and smartphone.
Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of professional real estate photography, videography, and drone experience.
* Valid FAA Part 107 License (required at time of application).
* Strong eye for detail, composition, vertical alignment, and lighting.
* Dependable, punctual, organized, and capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional client-facing demeanor.
This position is for Independent Contractor (1099) status only.
