We are looking for a local and talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts and email/text campaigns. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. What we require: -Teamwork -1-2+ years experience in marketing -Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, social media, email marketing, and experience running social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) -Experience using Dropbox, Google Suite -Basic video-editing, photography and design skills -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills -Comfortable writing blog and social posts -Sharp & creative -Knowledge and love of cannabis/hospitality industry strongly preferred What you'll be doing: -Create written and visual communications in ‘our’ voice -Daily content creation and posting across all platforms -Manage community engagement and organize user generated content -Collaborate with management on weekly campaigns, maintaining the marketing calendar, influencer collaborations and giveaways -Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics -Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences -Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions -Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications -Complete administrative tasks as needed, and other duties as assigned -Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions -Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications This job has potential for full time but would start out part time. Looking for someone to grow with us. Compensation is hourly, $25/hr-$30/hr.
