Shopbop Photographer Position Shopbop is seeking an experienced Photographer to join our e-commerce photography team in our Madison, WI studio. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to capture high-quality, visually compelling images of a wide range of products both on and off model. The ability to work collaboratively within interdependent teams is a must, so the right person will have an understanding of the balance needed between artistry, organization, communication, and cooperation. Key job responsibilities include : producing consistently high-quality, color-accurate, and properly exposed images; performing a variety of standardized product photography with a high level of competence; working with senior photographers on lighting, visual aesthetics, and technical problem-solving; efficiently managing high-volume image workflows (~ 3,000 files per day); verifying color accuracy and making corrections as needed to maintain visual standards; troubleshooting on-set challenges decisively and communicating issues to relevant stakeholders; executing creative direction and articulating rationale for decisions to support our brand vision; identifying process improvements to enhance studio performance and productivity; innovating new approaches for shooting emerging categories or initiatives; maintaining studio equipment, props, and supplies; and providing feedback to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
