Apparel Merchandise Coordinator

The Opportunity: Winston is looking for fashionable, passionate and energetic Merchandisers with apparel, accessories, and footwear in-store merchandising experience. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for high level merchandising execution according to a plan o gram, relationship building, sizing, stocking & filling in merchandise on the selling floor. We work with various brands and product categories at retailers such as Macy’s, Walmart, Ulta, specialty chains, and more. The Fundamentals: • Work Ethic: As a Merchandise Coordinator, you must have a strong commitment and dedication to building brands and elevating their presentation at retail and tell their story through merchandising • Communication: Merchandisers will be articulate and provide clear communication in both verbal and written reports • Technology: Each team member is required to have a smartphone device for reporting purposes (Android OS 8.0 or higher / Apple iOS 8.0 or higher) and capture clear crisp images of products and floor space as required Required Skills & Experience: • 1-3 years of visual/merchandising experience within the apparel, footwear or accessories industry • Ability to dress mannequins according to style guide preferred • Friendly, energetic, personable demeanor, passion for visual merchandising • Strong work ethic, reliable and committed • Strong leadership, organization, written and verbal communication skills • Flexible, adaptable, dependable and trustworthy • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, and email) • Ability to download and install an app on your smart phone, and upload reports via the app • Proficient in capturing crisp, clear mirror image photography (before and after photos to showcase completed work) • Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand on feet entire shift • Will be required to follow all COVID guidelines of Walmart and Winston To apply, check out our website and apply directly at www.winstonretailjobs.com
