Appointment Setter (In-Office) – Houston Imagery Studio

Houston Imagery Studio is a luxury fine-art portrait studio in North Houston, and we’re searching for a confident, charismatic, and creative-minded Appointment Setter to join our growing team.

This is a fully in-office role based in our studio. Your primary focus will be booking portrait sessions by phone, but you’ll also support the studio in creative ways—helping in-house, engaging with clients, and occasionally representing the brand at pop-ups, booths, and local events to generate leads and build community presence.

This role is perfect for someone who blends sales confidence with creative energy—someone who understands experience, storytelling, and human connection.

Schedule & Required Availability

We’re looking for someone available during our highest booking windows:

Weekdays: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Two Saturdays per Month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Consistency during these hours is required.

What You’ll Do

Call warm leads from our marketing campaigns and invite families, couples, and professionals into unforgettable portrait experiences.
Follow up via text and messaging to nurture interest and guide people toward booking.
Build quick, genuine rapport with potential clients.
Confidently lead conversations and close appointments.
Log calls, notes, and details in our CRM.
Track your performance metrics and grow your skill set.
Assist with light in-studio responsibilities when needed.
Represent the studio at curated local events, pop-ups, and booth activations.
Uphold the elevated, artistic experience our clients expect.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ve booked appointments or sold over the phone before—this is required.
You’re naturally warm, expressive, and persuasive.
You love creative spaces and being around photographers, stylists, and artists.
You’re organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
You’re comfortable asking for the booking.
You enjoy working toward goals and seeing your wins reflected in results.
Experience with CRMs or scheduling software is a plus.
You present yourself professionally in upscale environments.
You have reliable transportation for studio shifts and local events.
