Architectural Photographer (Contractor → Growth Path to WA Lead)

On‑Site • Western Washington (Seattle Metro + Regional Travel)

We are a commercial architectural photography firm expanding our Washington operations. We’re hiring a photographer with real estate photography or architectural photography experience
who wants to grow into higher‑end commercial and architectural work.

A portfolio is required to be considered.

What You’ll Do

Begin with a structured training sequence (shadow + side‑by‑side → independent)
Photograph interiors, exteriors, amenities, and commercial environments
Shoot to architectural standards: clean composition, straight verticals, intentional framing
Travel to properties across Western Washington
Deliver RAW files same day following our file‑handling workflow
Be available for occasional evening and twilight shoots
Progress into independent shooting and future leadership opportunities

Required Experience

Real estate photography or architectural photography (required)
Portfolio demonstrating interior and exterior work
Strong understanding of exposure, bracketing, and dynamic range
Ability to maintain clean verticals and consistent composition
Comfortable with full‑frame cameras and wide‑angle lenses
Ability to work independently on location

Preferred (Not Required)

FAA Part 107 (preferable for occasional drone assignments)
Commercial, senior‑living, or architectural‑style portfolio pieces

Professional Expectations

Reliable, punctual, organized
Strong communication and professionalism with clients
Coachable and open to a structured workflow
Interest in long‑term growth and leadership
Comfortable working occasional evening/twilight sessions when needed

Equipment Requirement
Contractors must provide their own professional equipment, including:

Full‑frame camera body
Wide‑angle lens suitable for interiors
Tripod
Memory cards and backup storage
Reliable laptop or device for same‑day RAW deliver

Insurance Requirement
Contractors must carry active
general liability insurance

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required before the first assignment.

Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must include a link to a portfolio showing:

Interior and exterior real estate or architectural work

Clean verticals and intentional composition

Ability to handle mixed lighting environments
