Area Lead - Staging/Assembly (2nd Shift)

We are looking for an Area Lead to help with the overall successful functionality of the production lab. Our goal is to create a motivated and positive workspace with associates who are eager to learn and grow. The Area Lead position is considered a management role, reporting to the Packaging Performance Supervisor and assisting with mentoring, guiding, delegating, and supporting all Permanent and Seasonal Associates within the area. Take the lead in Staging and Assembly operations, setting the standard for quality and efficiency while ensuring every workflow follows company SOPs. To be effective in this role, the applicant must be willing and capable of addressing the needs of the area and department in terms of both a technical component and leadership components.
