We shoot photo, video, drone, floor plans, and Matterport tours for agents and brokerages across Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma — with 24-hour turnaround. We’ve been a leading real estate media provider in Springfield for years, and we’re looking for the right person to help lead this market into its next phase of growth.

The Role

You’ll wear two hats: photographer and area manager. About 60-70% of your time is in the field shooting, the rest is leading the Springfield team — QC, training, client relationships, and growing the market.

This is a full-time W-2 role, not contract work.

What you’ll own:

Growing Springfield — meeting agents, visiting offices, attending events, building relationships
QC on every shoot before it goes to the client
Coaching and holding the photographers in your market to our standards
Being the face of WMH for our top Springfield clients
Keeping the day-to-day running smooth — the first call when something needs addressed.

You’ll still shoot. Roughly 3-4 days a week. The rest is leading. Spring and Summer with be our busiest seasons.

Who We’re Looking For

You need:

1+ years of professional photography experience (real estate strongly preferred)
Comfortable with drone, video, photo, and Matterport workflows
Part 107 drone license (or willingness to get one)
Reliable transportation
Your own or familiarity with: DSLR/mirrorless, wide-angle lenses, gimbal, drone

Pay

Full-time W-2. Total expected annual compensation for the right person is $50,000 – $65,000+, with real upside as Springfield grows.
Structure:

Per-shoot pay (paid bi-weekly)
Monthly management stipend
Growth-based bonuses tied to your market’s performance
Equipment provided
