We’re growing our art scanning and photography services and are looking for someone who can handle both production work and in-person customer interaction, with the ability to support customer service when needed. Customer Interaction (Primary) • Meet with customers to review artwork and project details • Explain scanning vs. photography options • Set expectations for color, resolution, and final files • Intake artwork and document job details • Communicate timelines and deliverables
