The Assistant / Associate plays a key role in producing customer-facing imagery that defines brand identity across digital platforms. This role supports the creation of studio photography assets that directly influence how products are experienced and purchased online at a global scale.

Role and Responsibilities of Assistant / Associate Photographer:

You will support studio photography production for e-commerce and marketing campaigns, capturing high-quality on-figure and product imagery. You will collaborate closely with art directors, stylists, and production teams to ensure visual consistency, technical accuracy, and brand alignment across all assets.

Photograph on-figure models for e-commerce platforms, directing posing, lighting, and mood during shoots.Capture assigned in-house marketing shoots in collaboration with art direction and styling teams.Collaborate with art directors to develop and refine lighting setups, posing direction, and set execution.Perform on-set digital tech responsibilities alongside creative and production teams.Partner with stylists, hair, makeup, and art directors to maintain brand style guide standards.Participate in feedback sessions to improve imagery quality, lighting, posing, and composition.Use Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Figma for editing tasks including cropping, exposure adjustments, and color correction.Maintain studio equipment and ensure a clean, organized production environment.Required Skills and Experience of Assistant / Associate Photographer:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.1+ year of experience in photography or studio production.Experience in both on-figure and product photography.Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and photographic techniques.Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Photoshop.Basic retouching and photo editing skills.Familiarity with DSLR cameras and Mac OS environments.Strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and visual consistency.Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines.Ability to troubleshoot lighting and technical issues during shoots.Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.Portfolio required demonstrating relevant photography work.Preferred Qualifications:
