Assistant / Associate Photographer

The Assistant / Associate plays a key role in producing customer-facing imagery that defines brand identity across digital platforms. Role and Responsibilities of Assistant / Associate Photographer: You will collaborate closely with art directors, stylists, and production teams to ensure visual consistency, technical accuracy, and brand alignment across all assets. Photograph on-figure models for e-commerce platforms, directing posing, lighting, and mood during shoots.Capture assigned in-house marketing shoots in collaboration with art direction and styling teams.Collaborate with art directors to develop and refine lighting setups, posing direction, and set execution.Perform on-set digital tech responsibilities alongside creative and production teams.Partner with stylists, hair, makeup, and art directors to maintain brand style guide standards.Participate in feedback sessions to improve imagery quality, lighting, posing, and composition.Use Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Figma for editing tasks including cropping, exposure adjustments, and color correction.Maintain studio equipment and ensure a clean, organized production environment.Required Skills and Experience of Assistant / Associate Photographer: Prior studio-based e-commerce photography experience.Experience working in fast-paced creative production environments.Exposure to fashion or retail brand photography workflows.Advanced retouching or digital imaging skills.Compensation and Benefits of Assistant / Associate Photographer:
