Strategic Video Content Creator The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video board content, promotional videos, and social media content that enhances the brand of the University of Oregon Athletic Department. This role requires a strong background in photography and video production, as well as expertise in digital communications channels, including social media. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the production of high-quality video board content for all sports within the University of Oregon athletic department • Create promotional video content for social media and all other UO communications channels • Develop and execute creative content campaigns to enhance revenue streams through fan engagement and experience, brand awareness, advertising, and public relations strategies • Manage a team of photographers and videographers and oversee scheduling and project workload Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Three years of experience in working with digital communications channels, writing content, selecting photography, and aligning timelines with strategic priorities • Four years of experience in photography and video production, and playing a leadership role in their production
