The Mart Collective is accepting resumes for an assistant manager that reports directly to the owner/operators. Will work side-by-side with the owner/operators in running the day-to-day activities of our very busy antique mall. If you have a passion for antiques, vintage, retail, and love working with people in a friendly, interesting and fast paced environment, this may be the position for you. The Mart Collective pays a competitive hourly rate and a quarterly bonus for this position. • Must have 3+ years experience in retail management (antique/vintage experience a plus) • Some college preferred • Highly organized and detail oriented • Able to utilize POS systems and have extensive computer skills • Must complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision • Must be personable, able to “switch gears” at a moment’s notice, possess good communication skills and be able work on concrete floors for 8 hour shifts.
