I am looking to hire an assistant to take car of a multitude of misc duties. This person will be expected to dress and act appropriately as they will be with and around me as I interact with family, employees and clients. \\- Filling out forms and documents as needed / booking hotels and travel arrangements \\- Organizing client documentation into neatly presentable folders or other devices \\- Mailing checks to pay for services as needed \\- Transportation (moving vehicles or parts between various locations) \\- Washing and keeping my fleet of vehicles clean and in 'ready-to-use' condition \\- Personal Driver (a car will be provided) \\- Facilities maintenance / repairs as needed In general, looking for someone to be my right hand, helping to take care of misc small tasks that get easily overlooked or otherwise get in the way of day to day operations and contribute to the overall business health and production.
