Assistant Manager Retail Store & Ecommerce

Adel Chefridi Studio and Gallery is searching for a full time Assistant Manager for our retail store and e-commerce operations. Responsibilities include: Assisting the retail store manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers Daily customer service and sales Communicating with clients and evaluating their needs in person at the store, online and over the phone Monitoring and maintaining store inventory Merchandising and display Answering the phone and directing calls Help with cleaning and maintaining the store Managing website-refreshing the home page, featured collections, updating products, chat communications Managing social media posting and stores Creating marketing emails Photography for store, website, social media and email marketing Maintaining additional online platforms & retail sales channels The ideal candidate is an excellent salesperson and team player who is responsible, detail oriented, organized and happy to multitask. People skills over the phone, email and in person are a must! Experience: Retail sales and customer service required; industry relevance a plus! Photography Social media management for businesses
