Company Description 417 Photo is a photography group based out of Springfield, Missouri. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Photographer, primarily based in Springfield, MO, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Photographer will support the lead photographer in photoshoots, help with equipment setup and breakdown, manage lighting and composition, and assist with post-production editing tasks. Qualifications Photography, lighting setups, and composition skills Experience with photo editing software and basic post-production techniques Strong organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Creativity and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both remote and on-location settings Familiarity with photography equipment maintenance is a plus 14+, transportation is provided by the company Previous photography experience or relevant education is advantageous
