Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Photographer, primarily based in Springfield, MO, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Photographer will support the lead photographer in photoshoots, help with equipment setup and breakdown, manage lighting and composition, and assist with post-production editing tasks. Qualifications Photography, lighting setups, and composition skillsExperience with photo editing software and basic post-production techniquesStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCreativity and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in both remote and on-location settingsFamiliarity with photography equipment maintenance is a plus14 , transportation is provided by the companyPrevious photography experience or relevant education is advantageous
