We design, manufacture, and distribute our own branded products, as well as develop exciting private-label items for major retailers. Our growing market spans independent stores, regional chains, and leading national retailers such as Walmart, Menards, Kohl’s, and Target.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Photography Assistant to support our in-house Lead Photographer. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), experienced working on a Mac platform, and skilled in developing and assembling mock-ups. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

Assist with photography projects, including setup, preparation, organization, and post-productionExecute photography layouts under the direction of the Art Director and Lead PhotographerEdit and retouch images using Adobe PhotoshopManage and organize digital assets and project filesSupport multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying timelines and requirementsOccasional prototyping support by constructing mock-ups using techniques including printing, cutting, adhesive mounting, 3D assembly, and finishing applicationQualifications

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Adobe Photoshop (additional Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred)Photography experience requiredFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projectsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsProactive, forward-thinking, and team-oriented mindset
