Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Photographer & Photo Editor located in Cedar Rapids, IA.
The Assistant
Photographer & Photo Editor will support photographers during photoshoots, assist with lighting setup, work as a secondary photographer on larger jobs, and eventually work as a primary photographer for both location and studio photos. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include managing equipment, processing/color correcting photos, packaging photo orders, and providing a positive experience for clients in both studio and on-location settings.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and work effectively on a team
Dependability, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt to varied work environments and schedules
Experience using Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
Prior experience or education in photography or a related field is a plus
