Job Summary The CADY Assistant Photo Operations Manager supports the Photography Operations Manager in overseeing a team of hourly photographers to deliver memorable photography experiences. A successful Assistant Photography Operations Manager will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to supporting the team’s vision for exceptional photography. • Support the hiring, training, and coaching of photographers and service-minded team members under the direction of the Photography Operations Manager. Experience • Experience supporting or managing a team (10 or more preferred) and working within deadlines. • Able to work in outdoor weather as needed.
