What you get to do everyday • Create and populate team and individual productivity trackers • Maintain teams master tracker • Complete department payroll • Track team’s attendance and scheduling • Maintain positive team culture • Attend all photography production meetings • Assist with communicating necessary disciplinary measures • Assist with onboarding new hires • Maintain and produce positive influences on team culture • Facilitate trainings and production meetings on a weekly basis • Build monthly individual trackers • Oversee master employee logs What you bring to the role Minimum Requirements • 2+ years of experience managing a team of diverse employees, preferably a non-exempt workforce • A proven track record for managing and developing a high performing team in a metrics-based environment • Excellent business judgment, fact-based decision-making, and problem solving skills • Drive to achieve results both individually and as a team • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audience; executive presence • Adaptability and openness to change • A growth mindset with a solutions focus Preferred Requirements • 2+ years’ experience working in warehouse operations • Proficiency with Google Suite Compensation | Benefits | Perks
